  Just found spit in my iced coffee. I've never been to this Dunkin Donuts before but I'm damn well going to make sure that nobody else goes here I just got halfway through my coffee took a ship and pulled out a f****** clam. Going to contact corporate tomorrow, leave it to a scummy New Bedford woman to hate her job and enough to ruin random people's f****** food and drink. #healthviolation #gross #someonesgettingfired

  I rated this Dunkin' Donuts 3 stars because of it's customer service. I have been to this location a dozen or so times so I waited to see if I would change my opinion because I don't like forming an opinion solely on one visit. I felt the same each time I came here but that isn't to say I have a problem with every staff member because I don't. There are a few that just don't really put much effort into their job and then the product(s) they dish out reflect the mood. I am not saying that anyone was rude and disrespectful, I am saying that a little more care and love could be shown through customer interaction which in turn makes it all the worthwhile to make it a preferred place.
  
  With the semi negative feeling out of the way, I want to be clear on the good side which does outweigh any negative feedback. There are some employees that make it worth the visit and I think people who read this review know what I mean. It's that moment when you come out of work or are headed to work/school and you are in the mood for Dunkin so you head to your local Dunkin and you are approached by the familiar friendly face that knows you by name and knows what you want. These small things give your day a boost even if it's just a 5 minute or less visit.
